About the role

Join at SINGAPORE HAI DI LAO DINING PTE. LTD' as a part-time Restaurant Runner (Food Runner) . In this engaging role, you will be a key part of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bustling restaurant, contributing to the exceptional dining experience we pride ourselves on.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver food and beverages to customers' tables in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Restock and replenish supplies as needed to support the front-of-house team
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to coordinate meal delivery
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a restaurant runner or in a similar customer service role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
