Administrative Support
- Coordinate and arrange logistics, such as catering, venue booking etc for training courses and exams
- Collate and submit finance documents to process payments
- Review course applications accurately
- Manage Learning Management System for Courses
- Assist to support learners and trainers for all admin matters for courses and exams
- Liaise with stakeholders for course processing matters
- Collate and create assessments in NUS systems (Canvas)
- Budgeting for new intake exams and courses
- Co-lead some CET courses
- Handle general enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Operational Support
- Facilitate course workshops, whether in-person or virtual
- Support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours by performing tasks such as invigilation and onsite support for courses and exams
Job Specific Requirements:
· Working around 10 weekends a year and occasionally after office hours is to be expected.
· Working after office hours and on weekends will be compensated by off-in-lieu.
Skills Required:
· Possess good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
· Good organisational and time management skills.
· Resourceful team player who can work independently and display initiative
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Must possess an open mindset, be willing to learn, and adaptable to changes.
