Export Operations Assistant

Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for customer inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
Assist in the preparation and processing of sales documents, including quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, communications, and activities in the company's CRM system.
Prepare shipping and export documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin).
Collaborate with procurements and logistics teams to track the progress of export shipments from order confirmation to delivery.
- Communicate order status and shipping updates to senior team members and customers as directed.
- Resolving basic issues related to shipments or documentation by gathering necessary information for the team.
Prerequisites
- 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or logistics support role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic understanding or a strong interest in learning international trade procedures and documentation.
- Diploma in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and helpful phone/email manner.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with guidance.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English is essential.
