Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for customer inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales documents, including quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, communications, and activities in the company's CRM system.

  • Prepare shipping and export documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin).

  • Collaborate with procurements and logistics teams to track the progress of export shipments from order confirmation to delivery.

  • Communicate order status and shipping updates to senior team members and customers as directed.
  • Resolving basic issues related to shipments or documentation by gathering necessary information for the team.

Prerequisites

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or logistics support role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic understanding or a strong interest in learning international trade procedures and documentation.
  • Diploma in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and helpful phone/email manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with guidance.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
