Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to sales enquiries
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations to customers
- Process customers’ purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
- Liaise with logistic vendor for best shipping price and prepare shipping documents accordingly
- Ensure prompt payment from customers
- Keep proper filing and storage system for paper and soft-copy documents
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Import and export handling experience
- Must be able to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with clients in East Asia
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
