Job Overview:

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring a superior customer experience. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for furniture and home décor. The Sales Executive will assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces, provide product information, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on furniture selection.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

Sales:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Assist customers in completing purchases, including processing payments and arranging delivery.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store's product offerings, including new arrivals and promotions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.

Store Operations:

  • Ensure merchandise is presented in an attractive and organized manner.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting stock checks.

  • Participate in store merchandising and display efforts.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage customer records and update the customer database.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
