Job Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring a superior customer experience. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for furniture and home décor. The Sales Executive will assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces, provide product information, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on furniture selection.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Sales:
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Assist customers in completing purchases, including processing payments and arranging delivery.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store's product offerings, including new arrivals and promotions.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
Store Operations:
Ensure merchandise is presented in an attractive and organized manner.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting stock checks.
Participate in store merchandising and display efforts.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage customer records and update the customer database.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall business objectives.
