Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily preparation and production of bread & pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of bread & pastry products.
- Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 – 5 years experience for Baker / Pastry CDP.
- Used to production routine.
- Have good knowledge in Bread & Pastry, and hold a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
- Have good communication.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
