Role Description:

As part of the team promoting our tour products and services, your role will focus on driving revenue growth through managing existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and securing sales for tours and private charters while managing daily activities that support the business objectives.

Responsibility:

  • You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times
  • Account management, keep and build long lasting partnerships with agent and local sales partners
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with travel trade, local groups and corporate partners
  • Support customer enquires over phone and email, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handle enquiries and serve as the primary client liaison for private tour bookings, coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Attend trade shows, key industry gatherings and networking events to expand business networks
  • Maintain and regularly update standard operating procedures related to booking and sales workflows
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management in support to business goals

Qualification & Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience in tourism and hospitality.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in corporate sales, business development, or direct marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective sales person who is used to the fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, organised, independent, resourceful and a self-starter.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to establish and strengthen relationships with travel partners.
