Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure metering system in NUS is maintained and utilities consumption are accurately reported in the existing metering/billing system.

• Work closely with vendors/stakeholders to install/remove/check on utilities meters.

• Maintain metering documentation systematically in accordance with established policies and procedure.

• Transform existing non-digital billing processes into digital workflows to achieve better operational efficiency.

• Prepare and analyse monthly metering reports/energy usage with data analysis skills.

• Perform monthly Good Receipt on the meters used for billing.

• Review current billing processes and make necessary changes, if required.

• Other duties as required by the Management.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred). No experience required.

• Good data literacy skill with the ability to analyse, interpret data for operations and practical applications.

• Good teamwork, strong interpersonal and public relations skills to work effectively with various departments, senior management, and staff from different levels.

• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and IT applications.

• Ability to present and write clear and concise reports/specifications.

• Adaptive, with good monitoring skills and able to perform under pressure.

• Meticulous and analytical in information gathering and resource support.
