Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Customer Relations Manager to lead our showroom sales activities and elevate our company image. The role focuses on managing driving car sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards from first contact to after-sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building customer relationships, achieving sales growth, and shaping the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage day-to-day showroom sales operations.
• Drive sales of new and pre-owned vehicles to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle VIP / key customer accounts with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Support marketing and branding activities to uplift company image.
• Ensure smooth coordination with after-sales and support teams to deliver end-to-end service.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in automotive sales or sales management.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close deals.
• Passionate about cars and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and hands-on.
