We are seeking Senior Human Resource professionals with proven leadership experience in managing teams and overseeing high-volume recruitment and HR operations for the North region.

For the East region, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively support HR operations and administrative execution, with a strong focus on HR project coordination and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview arrangements, and employment documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
  • Support leave management, and staff benefits
  • Assist in performance management, training coordination, and staff engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and support internal or external audits
  • Handle and coordinate HR-related projects such as digital transformation, policy review, employee engagement, or process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct HR data analysis to support management reporting and decision-making (e.g. using Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools)
  • Provide general administrative and HR support to management and staff

Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
  • At least 1–5 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
