Advancer Global Facility serves as the holding company and central recruitment arm for the member companies within the Group, encompassing Employment Services, Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Smart Technologies, and Property & Facilities Management. **We are looking to grow our Human Resource team to support the manpower needs of the Group through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.** **Work Location** - Jurong East (5 minutes walk from MRT station) - Officer-In-Charge of the employee life cycle processes for assigned portfolio - recruitment, onboarding, orientation & training logistics and record keeping through exit interview; - Assist in recruitment initiatives for other subsidiaries within the Group; - Company-wide committee facilitation and participation; - Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting; - Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs; - Updating HR policies and organize CSR related programs; - Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time. **Job Requirements** - Diploma / Degree Holder in any field; Diploma / Degree Holder in HR or related field is a distinct advantage; - **Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources with Payroll Processing responsibilities for an organisation in Singapore is required for this position**; - Experience in payroll softwares will be an advantage; - Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records; - Meticulous with good communication skills; - Indepensent and self-motivated with a growth mindset; - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; - Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. **Privacy Policy Notice** - Please note that should you not consent and provide us with the relevant personal data to fulfil the ‘Purposes’ of collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by the company (including associated companies under the Advancer Group), it may hinder our ability to continue to interact with you.
