Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Oversee onboarding activities by conducting orientations, explaining company policies, and ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
  • Build and maintain the company's talent pipeline by understanding specific hiring needs and workforce requirements.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, such as health insurance and performance bonuses, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Organize onboarding training as well as ongoing learning and professional development initiatives.
  • Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance processes.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer performance management processes, provide feedback, and support the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personal data, attendance, and benefits enrollment.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics, such as turnover statistics and recruitment performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide support.
  • Update and maintain employee handbooks and company policy documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Ability to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Skill in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • B3 in O Level Chinese, or equivalent, is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
