Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and offboarding activities.
- Foster positive employee relations and support performance management.
- Coordinate learning and development programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and income tax matters.
- Oversee government-related HR initiatives, grants, and claims.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Conduct surveys required by MOM or other government agencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of employee records in HR systems (HQ database and local HR software).
- Support department and group managers in HR planning.
- Promote workplace safety and security.
- Contribute to organizing staff engagement and company events.
- Provide coverage for the HR & Admin Officer when necessary.
- Take on ad-hoc HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of solid HR Generalist experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and regulations, including work pass management.
- Growth-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with a people-first mindset.
- Positive, adaptable, and receptive to change.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Experience in an MNC environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
