Job Summary

 We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle freight bookings, shipment coordination, documentation, and customer support, ensuring smooth and timely logistics operations.

What you'll do :

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling bookings, inquiries, and updates.
  • Coordinate with operations, vendors, and carriers to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
  • Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure quick resolution.
  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents, ensuring compliance with customs and regulations.
  • Process invoices accurately and work with finance to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records for operations and audits.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding (airfreight

    preferred)
  • Proficient in freight documentation and customs processes
  • Experience with billing and invoicing systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills
