About the Role

Singapore General Hospital (SGH), consistently ranked among the world's top 10 hospitals, is seeking a Senior Executive / Asst Manager (Marketing) to join SGH Communications.

This role is ideal for someone who can develop compelling marketing collaterals, execute campaigns for hospital services, and manage social media content to ensure SGH's brand and messages reach patients, caregivers, and the wider community effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of SGH's clinical services and digital offerings.
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, videos, and infographics that clearly communicate key messages to patients and stakeholders.
  • Support social media management by producing and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and collaborating with the social media manager to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely rollout of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve reach and impact.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels, strengthening SGH's position as a trusted world-class hospital.

What You Bring

  • A diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in marketing, campaign execution, or social media management (healthcare or public sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong skills in developing marketing collaterals (design software or Canva proficiency an advantage).
  • Experience managing social media channels and understanding audience engagement dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
