What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for contract and temporary placements.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver effective staffing solutions.
  • Source, interview, and shortlist candidates through various platforms and networks.
  • Coordinate onboarding, contract administration, and HR-related matters for deployed staff.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve both individual and team targets.

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline (HR or Business-related fields preferred).
  • Passion for people and interest in recruitment or HR consulting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
