Our team is expanding and we are looking for driven and passionate individuals to join us

Responsibilities:

  • Source and interview candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
  • Develop new business opportunities by cold calls and engaging with new clients.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Sales experience is a must, preferably with prior recruitment experience. (Recruitment training will still be provided)
