Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to build your own desk? We're looking for ambitious individuals with a passion for sales, business development, and team leadership to join our Specialized Contracting division. This is a fantastic opportunity for consultants who are eager to grow into a leadership role, with a clear path to becoming a Team Lead.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT or Engineering sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Pitch recruitment solutions and negotiate commercial terms confidently.

  • Account Management:

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client hiring needs, providing consultative recruitment advice.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and quality placement of contract professionals.

  • Candidate Engagement:

  • Understand technical requirements and source top-tier IT/Engineering contractors.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the offer process.

  • Leadership Track

  • Mentor junior consultants and support team performance.

  • Be groomed for a leadership role with structured guidance and training.
  • Contribute to team strategy, target setting, and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or Engineering contracting).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills – this is a sales-driven role.
  • Experience in business development and client servicing.
  • Results-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
