
Corporate Secretarial/ Finance Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial duties:
- preparation of resolutions and minutes of meetings;
- regularly review, update and maintain proper records/online database;
- maintain and update companies' registers and statutory records;
- preparation of finance statements (XBRL version);
- preparation of other reports for Corporate Office.
General secretarial duties:
- filing, safekeeping and retrieval of documents;
- arranging meetings and appointments and making travel arrangements;
- general administrative support for the Finance department;
- other ad hoc assignments.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration/Corporate Secretarial Courses with relevant experience.
- Able to work fast and independently with minimal supervision.
- Possesses good word/data processing skills using Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Familiar with ACRA filing requirements.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese language.
- A good team player.
