Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Office Support
- Arrange flights, hotel accommodations, and visa applications for business travel.
- Monitor and procure office supplies, ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
- Organize internal meetings, external visits, and team events.
- Assist in managing meeting agendas, room bookings, and calendar coordination.
2. Finance & Documentation
- Assist in preparing grant submissions and coordinating related paperwork with relevant government agencies.
- Support the tracking and filing of staff expense claims and reimbursements.
- Help create and maintain databases and records (financial, HR, project logs).
3. Operations & Reporting
- Prepare reports, slides, and internal presentations as required.
- Keep internal documents organized and updated (checklists, trackers, registers).
- Maintain communication with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student or graduate in any field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
