If you are passionate about helping others become better drivers and have a knack for guiding, this career is perfect for you We're seeking skilled and patient Driving Mentors to join our team. No car? Not to worry—we'll also give you a company car to use

Responsibilities:

Your role is to act as a driving mentor for a new or returning driver. This is as much a customer service role as a coaching role.

You will need to :

  • Understand you are an integral part of creating safer roads in Singapore and helping drivers navigate and be more confident on our roads

  • Teach a maximum of 15 2-hour sessions over 5 days every week - 4 weekdays & 1 weekend

  • Ensure that safety guidelines and protocols are met

  • Ensure drivers are safe at all times

  • Ensure drivers have a great and happy learning experience

  • Be a people person

Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Class 3 driving licence

  • Again: Must be a people person :)

  • Have a passion for driving, teaching and coaching.

  • Have an excellent memory and able to confidently deliver material in a friendly manner

  • Have a great eye for detail - able to spot minor mistakes and able to guide others into correcting them.

  • Be a people person who loves meeting new people.

  • Be patient, calm and very kind.

  • Be willing to travel for sessions.

  • Be passionate about creating excellent outcomes for drivers to go above and beyond the normal scope of work.

  • Ability to converse and deal with customers are who only comfortable speaking in Mandarin is a bonus.
