About the Roles

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join a leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery based in Woodlands. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30AM–5:45PM) and a competitive salary package with transport allowance and variable bonus. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR policies and processes are effectively implemented.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and selection to onboarding.
  • Manage all work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with MOM regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and HRIS workflows.
  • Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and performance management.
  • Handle employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Support payroll administration, benefits management, and time & attendance tracking in coordination with the payroll team.
  • Provide support for other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employment regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
