About the Roles
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Woodlands. This permanent position offers a competitive salary package that includes basic salary, transport allowance, and a variable bonus. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS management, within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding new employees.
- Manage all work pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows within the HRIS system.
- Drive engagement initiatives, oversee training programs, and manage performance reviews.
- Handle employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, including time & attendance and leave coordination with payroll.
- Assist with any ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
