About the Roles

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join a manufacturing company specializing in special purpose machinery, based in Woodlands. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.45pm). The role offers a competitive salary package with transport allowance and variable bonus, providing strong career stability and growth opportunities. You will oversee a broad scope of HR functions, driving both operational excellence and people-focused initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead recruitment efforts and manage onboarding processes.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and HRIS workflows.
  • Drive initiatives in employee engagement, training, and performance management.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, including timekeeping, attendance, and leave matters.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
