The role requires the incumbent to support business leaders with HR advisory services and operational duties, including work pass processing and tailored technical HR solutions.
The role requires the incumbent to also manage HR projects, compliance matters, and administrative tasks related to workforce planning and employee records in a dynamic work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Provide day-to-day HR support in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Process work passes and manage associated documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support workforce planning and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Offer clear guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to address and resolve specific HR needs.
- Participate actively in HR projects and initiatives aimed to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring proper management of HR systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and maintain thorough compliance reporting.
**Requirements**:
- A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience in processing work passes and knowledge of local labor laws is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
