Job Description
- Collaborate with Engineers and Managers to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for equipment, materials, and services to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Assess and select suppliers based on quality standards, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Manage procurement processes, including the creation, matching, and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions in SAP.
- Review, coordinate, and follow up on tender submissions, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business / Logistics.
- Preferably with purchasing system experience.
- Min. 2 years of procurement experience preferred.
- Experienced in sourcing processes, price negotiation, and handling overseas shipments.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive, positive, and responsible individual.
- Able to work under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
