About the Company

A Singapore-based manufacturer and trader in the flavours and fragrances industry, specialising in food chemicals and additives such as flavours, preservatives, and colourings. The company supports clients across sectors like F&B, cosmetics, personal care, and household goods.

Responsibilities

Inventory & Purchasing Support

  • Liaise with customers on order details and shipment schedules.
  • Coordinate with production staff on manufacturing data (labels, batch forms, etc.).
  • Prepare documents such as MSDS, Halal Statements, and COA.
  • Check and allocate raw materials for production.
  • Issue sample batch forms for customer sample requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records.
  • Cover purchasing duties during the absence of the Assistant Manager.

Administrative Support

  • Provide raw material cost data for product quotations.
  • Maintain quotation and product records in internal files.
  • Assist with halal and kosher documentation and certification.
  • Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or the chemical industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
