Purchasing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for daily purchasing admin duties using B2B system and ensuring invoices are process timely with accuracy
- Prepare purchasing orders (PO) and invoices and coordinate with suppliers
- Generate weekly and monthly purchasing/inventory report for management
- Assist with the follow-up and coordination of suppliers, warehouse and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
**Job Requirements**:
- GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Relevant purchasing experience will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Benefits**:
