About the Department

Since 2009, i.Poise Design has been providing personalised design and renovation services to its clients. We thrive on surpassing the limits of space planning while providing designs with livable luxury — creating luxurious environment while not forgetting practicality, livability and sustainability of the end design.

Job description:

  • Coordinate with and manage renovation contractors

  • Manage project timelines and schedules

  • Manage project job sites

Job requirements:

  • Ability to verbally communicate fluently in English and Mandarin is a must [To communicate with mandarin speaking external vendors]

  • Able to withstand the stress of handling multiple client/vendor chat groups (50+-)

  • Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Eye for details

  • Having a personal vehicle is a requirement (Plus point if it is a motorcycle)

  • Have 3-5yrs experience in managing residential projects

  • Willingness to learn
