About the role

Join Cuberoot Development Pte Ltd as a Project Coordinator in our office in Macpherson, Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, working closely with our project management team.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers and site teams
  • Monitor and coordinate project schedules, deadlines and milestones
  • Assist with procurement, inventory management and supplier coordination
  • Organise and attend project meetings, take detailed minutes and action items
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, files and records
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support the implementation of project management processes and tools

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role, preferably in construction or a related industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools is an advantage
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
