About the Role

We're looking for an Events Intern who is inspired by conscious community-building and enjoys creating meaningful experiences for participants. This role supports the planning, coordination, and on-ground flow of our innerwork and coaching workshops, retreats, intensive programs.

You will play a key role in creating safe, supportive, and beautiful spaces for people to do their innerwork — and help share these experiences with our wider community.

What You'll Do

• Event Coordination & Experience

• Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, retreats, and community events

• Handle logistics such as registration, participant communication, and materials preparation
• Support on-site event flow from setup to close
• Tend to the atmosphere of the space — presence holding, check-ins, and participant care
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and facilitators

• Creative & Marketing Support

• Take photos and short videos during events (phone camera is fine)

• Organize and share media for marketing purposes
• Write simple copy for event announcements, captions, or email updates
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance participant engagement

• Post-Event Support

• Assist with feedback collection, documentation, and reflections

• Help capture learning to improve future events

Training & Development

As an Events Intern, you will learn:

• How to support conscious group spaces and trauma-informed environments
• Event planning, logistics, and real-time coordination
• Basics of creative documentation (photo/video)
• How to write simple, authentic copy for event marketing
• Principles of innerwork that deepen your own personal development
• How to collaborate in a reflective, growth-oriented team

Career & Progression

Interns who show dedication, presence, and initiative may be considered for:

• Event assistant or event coordinator roles
• Community or program support roles
• Long-term opportunities in media, content, or facilitation support
