The Opportunity


• Competitive Basic Salary: S3,500 – S4,500 (Based on experience)


• High Commission Potential: Consistently earn S$3,000+ on top of your basic salary.


• Total OTE: Above S$6,500 (High On-Target Earnings)

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the full sales cycle, attending promptly to employer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in appointments.


• Conduct professional phone interviews and screening of domestic helpers to ensure precise matching and shortlisting according to specific employer needs.


• Serve as the main point of contact, providing excellent consultation to employers and guiding them through the recruitment process.


• Support all administrative and documentation issues related to placement to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.

Requirements


• A minimum of 3 year(s) of verifiable working experience in the related maid agency or recruitment field is required.


• Possession of the CEI (Basic) Certificate is mandatory.


• This position is open to Singaporean, Malaysian, and Permanent Resident applicants.
