Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Process and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, bonuses).
- Ensure CPF, IRAS, and statutory compliance.
- Administer employee benefits (leave, insurance, medical, staff welfare).
- Support annual compensation review, benchmarking, and bonus exercises.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Identify training needs and implement annual training plans with COE team.
- Coordinate training logistics and maintain records.
- Manage government training grants and vendor engagement.
- Support onboarding and upskilling programs.
3. Employee Relations (ER)
- Handle employee feedback, disciplinary issues, and grievance resolution.
- Promote positive employee relations through engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and Singapore labor law.
4. Performance Management (PM)
- Coordinate annual and quarter performance appraisal cycles with COE team.
- Ensure performance records are maintained and confidential.
- Provide operational support in performance calibration, promotion, and improvement plans.
5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and foreign staff.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and JD alignment.
- Oversee interview logistics, offer processing, and onboarding.
6. HR Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies are updated, communicated, and compliant with MOM regulations.
- Prepare data for audits, MOM inspections, and statutory reporting.
- Manage office supplies, pantry, mail, vendor coordination, and administrative payments.
- Maintain facility tidiness, support travel or meeting arrangements when required.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in full-spectrum HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or MNC setting
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts)
- Systems: Familiar with MOM platforms (EP Online), payroll systems, IRAS and MS Office
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, hands-on, proactive communicator, familiar with Singapore HR practices
