Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Process and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, bonuses).
  • Ensure CPF, IRAS, and statutory compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits (leave, insurance, medical, staff welfare).
  • Support annual compensation review, benchmarking, and bonus exercises.

2. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Identify training needs and implement annual training plans with COE team.
  • Coordinate training logistics and maintain records.
  • Manage government training grants and vendor engagement.
  • Support onboarding and upskilling programs.

3. Employee Relations (ER)

  • Handle employee feedback, disciplinary issues, and grievance resolution.
  • Promote positive employee relations through engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and Singapore labor law.

4. Performance Management (PM)

  • Coordinate annual and quarter performance appraisal cycles with COE team.
  • Ensure performance records are maintained and confidential.
  • Provide operational support in performance calibration, promotion, and improvement plans.

5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and foreign staff.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and JD alignment.
  • Oversee interview logistics, offer processing, and onboarding.

6. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are updated, communicated, and compliant with MOM regulations.
  • Prepare data for audits, MOM inspections, and statutory reporting.
Administrative Duties (Approx. 10%)
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, mail, vendor coordination, and administrative payments.
  • Maintain facility tidiness, support travel or meeting arrangements when required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in full-spectrum HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or MNC setting
  • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts)
  • Systems: Familiar with MOM platforms (EP Online), payroll systems, IRAS and MS Office
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, hands-on, proactive communicator, familiar with Singapore HR practices
