Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry (Air & Ocean).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Leverage existing networks and client databases to generate leads and close new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM or relevant systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean).
  • Proven sales track record with a strong network and existing client base.
  • Strong hunter mindset with excellent prospecting and business development skills.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
