Job Scope:
  • Plan and manage projects to meet contract timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Handle projects assigned by the company, including attending tender interviews and audit meetings.
  • Conduct weekly site meetings with site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed per contract agreements.
  • Monitor site documentation, including RFIs, RFAs, shop drawings, and other relevant project submissions, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Follow up on Project Extension of Time (EOT) claims due to project delays.
  • Ensure all site documentation, daily and weekly reports, schedules, and application forms are properly compiled and maintained on-site.
  • Respond to and follow up on project-related emails, keeping superiors informed.
  • Guide and advise QS teams to negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain project budgets.
  • Manage project engineers, site coordinators, site supervisors, and workers to meet project requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in private industry and residential construction projects (landed properties & factories preferred).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.
