We are inviting experienced Senior Project Engineers from Architecture, M&E, or Construction Management backgrounds to join our growing Singapore team.

You will oversee site operations, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and with high quality.

This role offers excellent exposure to Singapore's construction standards and the opportunity to advance towards Project Manager level in a stable, reputable company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise project site activities
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and site progress
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Prepare reports, method statements, and documentation for handover
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve site issues
  • Support testing & commissioning and project close-out
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience (main contractor or consultancy background preferred)
  • Familiar with project coordination, documentation, and technical submissions
  • Knowledge of Singapore construction standards is advantageous (training provided)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
