About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team at XJ Elevator Private Limited in Singapore's . This is a full-time position that will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and delivery of complex elevator and escalator installation projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects
  • Manage a team of site supervisors and subcontractors to coordinate all aspects of project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, main contractors and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address any issues or changes
  • Ensure project activities adhere to all relevant safety, quality and regulatory standards
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for management and clients
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the elevator/escalator industry
  • Minimal diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Project Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of lift installation projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, budgets and schedules
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, installation processes and safety standards
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
