About the Role

Join a dynamic Learning & Development team as a Training Admin on a 6-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting training operations, managing learning systems, and ensuring smooth execution of development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create and maintain course listings, collections, and learning history
  • Handle general training-related queries via email
  • Support training logistics: coordinate invitations, attendance, venue setup, and feedback collection
  • Assist in codifying competencies into structured templates
  • Generate training reports upon request

What We're Looking For

  • Meticulous and service-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
  • Prior experience in training administration or logistics support
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors LMS is a plus
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
