Procurement Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various procurement activities including requisition processing, sourcing, evaluations, and contract administration.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in monitoring service-level performance.
  • Help prepare procurement reports and track key procurement data.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and knowledge-sharing events on procurement best practices.
  • Participate in reviews and help identify areas for improvement in procurement processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Business, Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience (administrative or procurement-related roles are preferred, but not mandatory).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive learner with the ability to adapt in a structured environment.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes (familiarity with government procurement is a bonus).
