Job Summary

The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the procurement function by sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food and non-food items for the Central Kitchen, while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply. This role works closely with suppliers, production, and quality assurance teams to maintain product standards and optimize procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of food and non-food items as per company requirements.

·      Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.

·      Collaborate with Production and QA teams to ensure all products meet quality specifications and compliance requirements.

·      Monitor inventory levels to manage stock availability and reduce excess or obsolete items.

·      Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures; maintain accurate procurement records.

·      Participate in vendor performance reviews and support supplier evaluation processes.

·      Conduct cost analysis, assist in benchmarking, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

·      Support continuous improvement initiatives, highlighting operational, service, and process gaps.

·      Stay updated on market trends, supplier practices, and industry developments.

·      Perform ad-hoc procurement or operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Degree or diploma in relevant fields.

·       Minimum 1–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in the F&B industry.

·       Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and high integrity.

·       Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively.

·       Committed to quality, including food safety and regulatory compliance.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
