About the Roles

Join a leading Design & Build / Gas System company as a Procurement Assistant / Executive based in Sembawang. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a 5-day workweek (Mon–Thu: 8am–6pm, Fri: 8am–5pm). You'll enjoy a competitive salary package that includes a basic salary, meal and transport allowance, and a performance bonus. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic project team while ensuring smooth and efficient procurement operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide procurement support to project teams by sourcing and purchasing tools, materials, and contracted services.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for all purchasing activities, including drafting purchase orders and related paperwork.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to improving procurement strategies and refining internal purchasing procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new product options.
  • Participate in the verification and registration of equipment as required.
  • Handle other procurement-related tasks assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Holds a relevant professional certification or qualification.
  • Has at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, coordination, and cost optimization.
  • Prior background in the semiconductor or construction industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
