Position Title: Talent Acquisition Team Leader (Recruitment Agency)

Location: CBD, Tanjong Pagar

Working Day & Time: Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar

Salary Range: $5,000 - $6,000

The Role:

  • Handle 360 recruitment activities include business development & talent sourcing.
  • Perform market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Create and execute engagement strategies to foster relationships with prospective talent.
  • Advise and influence business leaders, guiding hiring managers on recruitment processes, interviewing best practices, and decision-making.
  • Align recruitment efforts with the company's growth objectives, consistently achieving monthly revenue goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree or Diploma with minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in recruitment sales, with a focus on Engineering sector or Healthcare sector.
  • Candidates with less than the required experience may be considered for the role of Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant.
  • Proven track record of independently driving business growth through extensive development initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
