About the job

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Management/Client Servicing Executive (Entry-Level) to support client servicing, assist in campaign execution, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all project components. This role calls for a proactive and resourceful individual who can manage both administrative and operational tasks with efficiency and precision.

THE WORK YOU'LL DO

  1. Project Coordination:

  2. Support the end-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from brief to delivery.

  3. Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery.

  4. Coordinate across teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.

  5. Client Management

  6. Serve as a key point of contact for clients on assigned projects and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction throughout project delivery.

  7. Communicate updates, timelines, and deliverables clearly and professionally.

  8. Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and meeting recaps.

  9. Creative Team Collaboration

  10. Liaise with creative teams to brief them on project requirements, timelines, and client feedback.

  11. Ensure the creative output aligns with client objectives

  12. Coordinate internal reviews and facilitate feedback loops between clients and creatives.

  13. Reporting & Optimisation

  14. Compile and deliver post-campaign reports, performance summaries, and insights.

  15. Contribute to the development of recommendations to improve future campaign performance.

  16. Work closely with internal teams to analyse results and identify areas for optimisation.

  17. Administrative Support

  18. Assists the Account Manager in business support and management

  19. Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities when required

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • 0-2 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with project management/experience in account servicing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and internal teams
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within an agency environment.
