Contract Duration: 12 months. Working Hours: Normal Office Hours with 24/7 standby for system troubleshooting (but does not happen often) Working Location: Changi Salary: $5,500 with 1-month completion bonus
- Assist Project Manager to lead, manage and implement assigned projects, related to POS, Kiosks, Customer Loyalty and Lease Management system. Able to work with the direction of the program manager or project manager
- Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and technical aspects of the assigned projects. Serve as the single point of contact and provide first level support, liaising and coordinating with other supporting teams where required
- Undertaking project activities and maintenance operations required for successful execution & completion of assigned projects. Able to execute assigned tasks independently with mínimal supervision.
- Lead and participate in design specifications and prototype workshops, and coordinate the user acceptance test, user training, user change management, pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support activities. Managing risks and issues as and when required.
- Convey and clarify requirements with vendors, review their deliverables to ensure functional & technical requirements are met and addressed.
- Perform a variety of project administrative duties, including disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities developing and maintaining project deliverables
- Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related activities. Organize project committee meetings and prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, minutes and other meeting collateral. Transcribe and accurately record key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
