Our client is a world leader in innovating and manufacturing automatic and manual hardware for doors and windows in addition to developing building management systems and building safety technology.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
  • Channel & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive regional sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and regular forecasting.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and secure long-term contracts or partnerships to expand GEZE's footprint in target markets.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine market strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local teams, product management, and marketing to tailor solutions for regional needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Ability to travel once a month (Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines)
  • Proven track record in channel development and key account management.
