Position: Business Development Specialist (Part-time/Fulltime)
Location: Singapore
Compensation: Base $1,600 - $2,000 monthly + variable component based on performance
Start Date: 15 September 2025 or earlier
About Us
We are an emerging art-based wellness business, offering 1:1 counselling/art therapy and group workshops to help individuals enhance emotional wellbeing through creative expression.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new leads, partnerships, and collaborations to fill workshops and therapy slots.
Revenue Generation: Actively work towards bringing in partnerships with variable pay tied to lead generation and conversions.
Workshop Logistics: Coordinate with venues, scheduling, and attendee management for group workshops.
Partnerships: Source and foster relationships with communities and organizations for wellness workshops and programs.
Marketing Support: Assist with creation of marketing collateral and campaigns, both online and offline.
Reporting: Track leads, conversions, and help analyze performance against revenue goals.
Ideal Candidate
- Candidates with a keen interest in art
- Candidates looking to switch careers into a mental health space, or coming back after a career break are welcome to apply
- Experience in business development/sales, preferably in creative or wellness fields.
- Strong network-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
- Some experience with event logistics and basic marketing is good.
