Responsibilties:
- Build and nurture long-term, productive relationships with hardware and electrical channel customers.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs, purchasing behaviors, and market trends within the hardware and electrical sectors.
- Plan and implement sales initiatives to increase volume, distribution, and visibility of lighting products.
- Develop sales forecasts and strategies aligned with channel requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, trade marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
- Address customer concerns and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Manage trade spend effectively to maximize ROI through promotions, displays, and other business-driving activities.
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, consistently striving to meet sales and distribution goals.
- Lead negotiations with hardware and trade partners on pricing, terms, contracts, promotions, and merchandising.
- Supervise and guide a team of three Key Account Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.
Key requirements:
- Possess valid class 3 license and own car
