Responsibilties:

  • Build and nurture long-term, productive relationships with hardware and electrical channel customers.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs, purchasing behaviors, and market trends within the hardware and electrical sectors.
  • Plan and implement sales initiatives to increase volume, distribution, and visibility of lighting products.
  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies aligned with channel requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, trade marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Address customer concerns and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
  • Manage trade spend effectively to maximize ROI through promotions, displays, and other business-driving activities.
  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts, consistently striving to meet sales and distribution goals.
  • Lead negotiations with hardware and trade partners on pricing, terms, contracts, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Supervise and guide a team of three Key Account Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.

Key requirements:

  • Possess valid class 3 license and own car
