**Summary of This Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Business Development Manager is expected to deliver individual new-to-business sales volume and revenue targets whilst ensuring assigned deliverables and new solution implementation objectives are met.
**What Part Will You Play?**:
- Work with management team to formulate, plan and execute new sales strategies
- Understand and deliver against assigned individual annual target
- Aggressively negotiate for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business
- Identify and own all new sales activities from opportunities to conversion while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures for optimal merchant sales and services delivery.
- Actively monitor market trends and activities. Understand and recommend new products or solutions to address evolving needs of merchants.
- Collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level.
**What Are We Looking For in This Role?**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: above business development and merchant solution sales experience in Payments and Fintech.
- Typically Minimum 3 Years Relevant Exp
- Experience in industry
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven track record in generating and winning new account opportunities.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft office and Sales Force
- Has a broad existing network within the payment ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Good analytical, initiative and problem solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers.
