Our client is a leading global fintech company, focused on building inclusive digital payment and financial service solutions. They work with payment partners and merchants worldwide to deliver seamless, secure, and innovative cross-border payment experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Understand payment products and capabilities, including cards, e-wallets, and alternative payment methods across global markets.

  • Work closely with the business development team to design and deliver payment solutions for merchants, focusing on new solution adoption.

  • Gather and analyze merchant needs, identify gaps, and translate them into solution requirements.

  • Research industry trends and competitor offerings to support product and solution improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement end-to-end payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in payments, product, or solution implementation.

  • Strong understanding of payment flows, channels, and operations.

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of payment solutions or integrations.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-team collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
