**Description and Requirements**:

- Presales Cloud and COE Leader - With the constant evolving business and customer expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Cloud Technology leader to join our growing Technology Solutions organization. We are looking for a innovative and influential technology leader to join us to transform, manage and accelerate grow in our Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Services solution portfolio. A key focus in this role is to build high-performance Cloud SMEs to drive solution innovation, develop best practices and provide deep technical leadership. The COE leads solutioning efforts by working closely with sales, presales and delivery teams to design solutions that meet customer needs and market demands. You are expected to continuously streamline solution roadmaps, enhance services catalogues aligning with delivery, set goals and enablement plan working with internal and external stakeholders (Services, Solution and Technology partners) bringing thought leadership, technical credibility, solution demos and differentiated capabilities to conversations, helping to gain customer confidence as trusted advisor.

**You Will**:

- Architect innovative, scalable and customer-centric Multi-Hybrid Cloud solutions by identifying trends, developing Intellectual Property and showcase dynamic Secure Cloud and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Define direct short-term and long-range planning and market development initiatives to align to GTM business goals.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product and Marketing teams to drive cross-functional collaboration to align solutions to business strategies and market demands.
- Drive Upskilling and Talent Development to ensure sales and delivery teams are enabled through continuous training, and technology certifications to present capabilities and competencies as market leader in Cloud transformation.
- Review and approve solution designs to ensure quality, scalability and profitability during bid management and delivery governance.
- Lead COE team in technical contributions for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals ensuring winning strategies.
- Pilot new technologies and drive proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate new offerings and to ensure post sales, support transition to delivery teams and ensure solution commitments are met.
- Define KPIs, COE activities, track success rates, and report outcomes to business management leadership.
- Promote building of team relationships.
- Evaluate and enhance team productivity.
- The role is responsible for strategizing and shaping the future Hybrid Cloud Solutions and Services business.

**You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Strong experiences in Cloud implementation and operation management to lead customer engagements and act as technical advisor during presales and client discussions to build trust and shape deals.
- Proven experience in designing and presenting Cloud services solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs and solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
